Issues Possible Causes Solution
Steam is not coming out of the Steam Nozzles. Improper handle assembly. Ensure handle is fully extended before locking into place. Refer to manual for instructions or call Customer Care Line.
The Hard Surface Floor Pad is not adhering to Steamer. Not enough pressure was applied when attaching Pad.Older Pads may need replacing. Position Steamer about 2″ above Pad and FIRMLY press it down onto the Pad.Purchase replacement Pads online or from you local retailer.
The Cleaning Pads are getting soaked ( too wet). Why? Boiler is overfilled.Green “Steam Ready Indicator Light” is not illuminated. Let Steamer run until excess water ceases. -OR – Remove some water from Boiler once unit has cooled.Wait for “Steam Ready Indicator Light” to illuminate.
The steam seems to be making my floor too wet. Steam Nozzles are being used too frequently.The Cleaning Pad is too wet( saturated with moisture) Only use Steam Nozzles in short bursts for cleaning tougher stains or to clean hard to reach areas.Replace the wet Pad with a dry, clean Pad and continue cleaning.
The Floor Steamer is tripping the power in my home. Circuit make be overloaded. Do not operate another high wattage appliance on the same circuit. Plug into standard (220-240V, 50/60Hz) electrical outlet.
Superclean Floor Steamer ( EZ2) only:
The Antibak is running out quickly Trigger being used too frequently. Pull the trigger less frequently and use Antibak more sparingly.

Steam Cleaners

Steam Cleaner leaks water when switching to “STEAM ON” position.

 

Boiler is over filled.Condensation from Steam Cleaner being left idle for a period of time Let Steamer run until excess water ceases. -OR – Remove some water from Boiler once unit has cooled.Drain hose by directing nozzle into a sink or other appropriate container and slide trigger in to “STEAM ON” position.
